If You Need a Holiday, consider Hill View Valley, Wayanad

It's been a few months since I got back from the Hillview valley but I haven't been able to take it off my mind. For starters, this resort is situated in Wayanad. Nestled on the foohills of the mountains. Far far away from the hustle and bustle of the maddening and polluted city life.

The drive up the ghat section is simply breathtaking. But wait, that is only the beginning! The plot thickens when you reach the Hillview Valley resort. You will be smitten by their warm hospitality led by Mr. Joseph Thomas. The view from the resort will leave you speechless and trust me when i say this place is "heaven on earth"!

The food here is home made. I did add on a few kilos. In spite of using the gym in the resort. The rooms are simply awesome and it opens into the greens and you can view the rubber plantations sipping tea. A private pool if you feel like plunging in and rewinding. If you feel like a trek, so be it. Walk down the resort and you are on your own. Alternatively, you can watch the streams of water flowing down the mountain in true eastman color. All this from the confines of your cottage. If this is not convincing, view some of the pics in the slideshow.

Consider hillview valley resort the next time you want a REAL holiday. Connect with Mr. Joseph Thomas, who owns the resort. You can reach him on 09349-143662.

2010, here it is.

Well, with 2009 well and out, I am looking forward to a 2010 that is filled with Opportunities. I am sure we have had enough of the "how to cope with recession" gyan being belted out by all and sundry.
The begining of 2010 has a good feel to it. There is a lot more positive sentiment in the air and am sure that is a great shift from 2009.
Among the many things I want to do in 2010 is to be more active with my blog.
This is a goal for 2010.
